What is your preference for how the new Teams Voice phone system will be used?(Required)


Do you require headsets to be supplied?(Required)

The handsets will need to be Microsoft Teams enabled handsets.

Regarding commitment, which of the following would you prefer?(Required)
Month-To-Month adds $299 setup fee with Telco. Annual waives this fee.

Regarding calling plans, which of the following would you prefer?(Required)
Included calls is more expensive per user license.

Do you require an auto-attendant with call queues for call direction?(Required)
Auto-attendant is the service when calling a number that says “Please press 1 for ‘x’, press 2 for ‘x’, etc” to direct callers to the correct department.

Would you like us to supply the voice recording for the new auto-attendant?(Required)
This is the voice recording that says “Hello, you’ve reached ‘x’, please press 1 for….”. We have a professional voice specialist that will record this. If you supply the voice recording, must be in MP3 or WAV format. We will require recordings for greeting, voicemail (if applicable) and call queue waiting.

Would you like us to supply the script for the auto-attendant voice recording?(Required)
This is the script that our voice specialist will read from to greet callers.

Eg, “Hello, thank you for calling ‘x’. Please press 1 for ‘x’, press 2 for ‘x’, ‘press 3 for ‘x'”.
